Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Training Specialist II to join our team in supporting our customer at Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC-A) in Yokosuka, Japan. Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, specializing in communications engineering, training, and Cybersecurity, and in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston. SECURITY CLEARANCE: Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees and external customers. Plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities. Respond to corporate and worker service requests. Consult with onsite supervisors regarding available performance improvement services. Assess training needs of clients and guide them through the appropriate training methods. EXPERIENCE: Seven (7) years of professional experience in curriculum development.
