Dansac Product Manager Summary Work with Senior Marketing Managers and other marketing person in Ostomy to achieving revenue growth for these businesses. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing efforts to drive local marketing strategy and manage aspects of the product line to grow sales. Responsibilities Build a strong knowledge base on the Ostomy Markets Work with Marketing Senior Manager to assess customer requirements; participate in defining and articulating current and future customer needs. Collect and summarize market intelligence information and monitor and assess competitor strategies and activities. Develop and implement marketing plans/activities including specific product launch campaigns and general marketing programs. Responsible for all aspects of the dansac products within the Ostomy portfolio. Participate in product change projects to monitor progress and timing, assess customer impact and ensure benefits of these changes are effectively implemented and communicated to the business unit/end users. Requirement Over 5 years of marketing experience desirable Undergraduate/Bachelors degree is required (or in progress) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package Time Management – ability to prioritize projects and programs Must be able to analyze and interpret market and financial data Japanese: Native Level English: Business level Dansac Product Manager
