Provide oversight of day-to-day administration of key controls including but not limited to guidelines monitoring, personal trading, gift and entertainment monitoring, AML, and marketing material review. Handle regulatory filing and reporting. Review internal policies and procedures. Provide compliance trainings initiatives Support compliance-related tasks ■ Experience: 4-8 years compliance experience in the financial industry Knowledge of asset management business is desirable Knowledge of applicable regulatory environment is an advantage Experience of investment compliance monitoring is a plus Will consider highly motivated candidates who would like to pursue career in Compliance ■ Skills: Ability to handle multiple task and work under pressure as part of a team Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, collaborative problem-solving and critical thinking skills Business level English skill Proficiency in business applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) ■ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above ■ Language: Japanese: Native, English: Business
