Position Title: Marketing Assisatant, LUX Location: Tokyo HQ Reports to: Brand Manager Scope / Brands: LUX Beauty Employment type: Fixed Term Employee (Part-Time) ROLE The Marketing Assistant (Part-Time) for LUX is responsible in supporting the Brand Manger and LUX Marketing Team for the efficient business management. He/she will be mainly in charge of the following work: Submission of monthly eCom sales report for Fragrance business shared by Distributor Submission of monthly PR report for Fragrance and MakeUp shared by PR agency and Distributor AW proof on Legal labels for GUCCI MakeUp products AW and Digital Mock-up proof for Fragrance brands submitted by Distributor Proofreading of PR release submitted by Distributor Request for Local IRC code and IC code creation Support for the payment procedures to suppliers POS master-data input PMFF Ordering, etc.
