Job Purpose Perform the tasks of analyzing chemicals, materials; operate equipment in the company's laboratory, located in Nagoya, Japan. Additionally, customer manufactured NG parts analysis such as roots of causes. Job Responsibilities Conduct lab analysis work at lab as assignment. Receiving, Labeling and safely storing samples to be tested Determining and performing tests needed for the analysis and report. Recording tests and analyses and then reporting the results Discussing and answering any questions regarding the results Organizing and storing samples in accordance with all safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample. Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, including recalibration of equipment. Maintaining equipment records and daily work logs. Staying current on technical and scientific advances in plating, chemistry After hiring, Analytical training will be hold at Hiratsuka for 2-3weeks. Support Technical Service and Sales team by cases. Visit customer and receive analysis sample and delivering it to Labo. Use, operate and maintain analysis machine: AAS, UV, X-Ray, Digital Micro Scope,etc. Skills Candidates who have experience in laboratory analysis from one year Candidates who have experience and knowledge in plating, Automotive parts manufacture industry is preferred. Candidates who are living in Nagoya is preferred Driving License Native Japanese, English, TOEIC at 500 or above is preferred. Well communicate, situation handling skill. Be dynamic and have responsibility.
