Job Description リソグラフィ工程のプロセス条件、設備改善によるプロセス安定化、品質確保 プロセス／設備両面からのアプローチによる設備間差の縮小化と安定化 FDC 、設備ログなど設備データを用いたプロセス／設備状態の監視手法の確立 APC 手法／システムの考案、開発、導入によるプロセス安定化、工程能力改善 最適プロセスフローの確立（計測手法の確立も含む） Requirements BAW/SAW フィルターや半導体デバイスにおいてプロセス技術、特にリソグラフィ工程の業務経験有ること 仕事経験・経験年数： 10 ～ 15 年程度の実務経験 Windows, Excel, PowerPoint などの基本的なビジネス IT スキル。特に、 Excel を用いたデータ解析スキル。 取り組み意識：チャレンジ精神があり、当事者意識が高く、チームワークを大切に出来る方。 Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
