Key responsibilities of Role: Responsible for designing and implementing electrical manufacturing processes, equipment, and plants to achieve the plant and production goals of the organization. Lead to planning of investment, modification and renovation of plant / production facilities. Coordinate with global investment team to get the P&E budget allocation and release timely. Coordinate the P&E investment process with site manager to ensure they deliver the targets. Coordinate reviews on project approval and post investment return. Support key strategic expansion project preparation work. Provide report to Asia Pacific or Global team for budget spending control. Optimization and modification of electrical process conditions for equipment reliability, sustainability, productivity improvement and preventive maintenance. Design and project management and cost management of the above-mentioned plan. Electrical information management on maintenance manufacturing technology and technical know-how. Exchanging technical information and global communication with overseas counterparts. Lead continuous process improvement regarding to EHSS, equipment reliability, capacity. Position Requirements: Business Experience: At least 5-year working experience of maintenance and process engineering in plastic / chemical plant or machine maker Experience of working in a global / Asia pacific scale project as an electrical / mechanical engineer Experience in weak electric field, CAD operation, Electrical Equipment Control and investment project are preferable Experience in Electric facility as electric chief engineer and electric energy manager can be also a good asset. Educational background: Bachelor or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields Language: Native Level in Japanese Fluent in English; excellent English communication skills, written and verbal Skills & Competency: Strong computer skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal / communication skill and team play spirit Focuses on speed and quality, willing to set a challenging target, and show accountability See change as the growth opportunities, not a risk.
