ポジションを募集する背景 EB オペレーションチームは団体保険（グループ保険）のオペレーションについて、新契約、保全、保険金・給付金請求受付、コールセンター、企画・管理系業務等を幅広く担当しています。今般、業務範囲の拡大にともない、幅広いフィールドで活躍できる人材を募集しています。 職務内容 団体保険に関する以下いずれかの業務について、適性や経験を踏まえて担当いただきます。 ・既契約のお客さま（企業・団体の事務担当者）、プロデューサーからの問合せ等に対応するサポートセンター業務（電話・メールでの照会対応、各種書類の発送・受付、付随する管理業務等） ・新契約、保全、保険金・給付金請求受付等のオペレーション業務 経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須） ・金融機関等での事務経験 ・ コミュニケーションスキル（部内外の関係者との連携・調整できる） ・一般的なPCスキル （Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookを使用できる） 経験・スキル・資格・学歴（なお可） ・団体保険に関する業務経験（オペレーション以外でも可） ・コールセンター等による顧客対応経験
