PCスキル（Micrsoft Word, Excel, Outlookなど） 2. コミュニケーションスキル（部内外の関係者との連携・調整できる） 経験・スキル・資格・学歴（なお可） 1.生損保や金融機関における事務や営業経験 2. 現状分析力、問題解決力（課題を見つけ、解決アクションを提案できる）
