Understand Customer Objectives: Dive into our customers' businesses to grasp their goals for managing their external workforce. Build Strategic Relationships: Develop strong connections with key influencers within customer organizations. Lead Workshops: Facilitate business discovery and design workshops to uncover true business needs. Offer Solutions: Go beyond surface-level requests to provide solutions that improve program efficiencies. Influence Best Practices: Guide customers towards best practice recommendations, aligning technical capabilities with business outcomes. Configure SAP Fieldglass: Design and configure the SAP Fieldglass suite based on customer requirements and best practices. Ensure Quality: Complete unit testing to ensure smooth configuration deployment and expansion. Provide Demonstrations: Conduct solution demonstrations for customer stakeholder groups, explaining individual features. Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with customers and partners to source and manage data imports, ensuring data quality. Support Testing: Participate in testing activities, responding to customer issues and change requests. Drive Project Success: Take corrective action when necessary to ensure project success, collaborating with internal teams. Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the customer lifecycle, promoting retention and growth. Provide Thought Leadership: Share industry knowledge and thought leadership to maximize customer benefits. Who do we need? Essential Skills and Background: SAP Fieldglass Implementation Experience: Superior experience implementing SAP Fieldglass solutions, particularly in Contingent Management or Services Procurement modules for companies in Japan. Understanding of Japanese Labor Law: Familiarity of Haken law and Subcontractor law pertaining to non-permanent employees Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese (Fluent/Native) and English (business level). Technical Aptitude: Superior technical aptitude with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Consulting Skills: Demonstrated ability to consult effectively with customers, influence outcomes, and manage client expectations. Composure and Conflict Resolution: Maintain composure in difficult situations and defuse conflicts by finding win-win solutions. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and quality standards for own work products. Time Management: Ability to self-manage time and tasks, handling multiple concurrent customer engagements effectively. Relationship Building: Ability to quickly build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. Continuous Learning: Ability to learn complex concepts under various conditions, including formal training and peer collaboration. XML Coding Experience: Experience with XML coding. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Highly Desirable Skills and Background: Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing consulting role. Domain Knowledge: Work experience in recruiting, human resources, procurement, accounts payable, or finance domains. Work Ethic: Solid work ethic and dedication to producing high-quality, accurate work.
