Requisition ID: 73782 Job Description SAW/BAW成膜工程（PVD, CVD, EB）のプロセス条件、設備改善によるプロセス安定化、品質確保 プロセス／設備両面からのアプローチによる設備間差の縮小化と安定化 FDC、設備ログなど設備データを用いたプロセス／設備状態の監視手法の確立 APC手法／システムの考案、開発、導入によるプロセス安定化、工程能力改善 最適プロセスフローの確立（計測手法の確立も含む） 成膜プロセス・装置にかかるコストダウン取組の推進 Requirements 業界経験：BAW/SAWフィルターや半導体デバイスにおいてプロセス技術/設備技術、特に成膜工程の業務経験を有すること 仕事経験・経験年数：10～15年程度の実務経験, 及び2年以上程度のプロジェクトあるいは組織マネジメント経験 取り組み意識：何事にも恐れることなくチャレンジする精神があり、物事に積極的且つ前向きに取り組むことができること、組織全体の最適化を考えた業務取り組みができること Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
