About the department We bring innovation within the commercial domains of Novo Nordisk Pharma Ltd., in Japan. Our burning platform is the changing dynamics in healthcare, which impact patients and healthcare providers. The team’s purpose is to ensure that Novo Nordisk continues to be a value-adding partner in the broader healthcare delivery ecosystem. We have three innovation tracks: Frontline, HCP (Healthcare professionals) and Patient - all of which are linked. This role in particular focuses on bringing meaningful innovation to frontline functions. The Innovation team is part of Business Innovation & Customer Excellence. The position As an Innovation Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovation projects within the frontline track. Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation based on outside-in perspectives, closely collaborating with stakeholders from different departments. Develop project plans, set goals, and allocate resources to ensure successful implementation of innovation initiatives. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Evaluate the outcomes of innovation projects and identify areas for improvement or further development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above is required. Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the related industry (pharmaceutical/healthcare, consumer goods or other regulated industries) is required. Experience as MR or MSL is a plus. Experience in project management or agile methodologies. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
