[Major duties] -Receiving orders for resin products (receiving customer orders) -Answering delivery dates and making adjustments to customers (informing customers of product delivery dates, making adjustments if customers request changes) -Shipping instructions (issuing product delivery instructions through the system) -Confirming delivery (confirming that products have been delivered to customers) -Communicating with other departments (sales, logistics, etc.) (adjusting delivery dates, quantity changes, handling returns, etc.) -Issuing invoices and sending them to customers -Creating and checking order records, price lists, etc. (using Excel) -Attending internal meetings as necessary -Checking orders from the web, answering customer inquiries [Required skills, etc.] -Ability to respond to customers by phone and email -General skills in Excel, Word, etc. (no need to be able to create macros, etc.) -Ability to work well in a team is preferred -Experience with SAP 【主な業務内容】 ・樹脂製品受注業務(お客様の注文を受けます) ・お客様への納期回答、調整(お客様へ製品納入日をお知らせ、お客様から変更の要求があった場合、調整します) ・出荷指示(製品配送の指示を、システムで行います) ・配送確認(お客様に、製品が配送されたことを確認します) ・他部門(営業、 Logistics 部門など)とのコミュニケーション(納期調整、数量変更、返品対応など) ・請求書の発行およびお客様への送付 ・受注実績、価格リスト等の作成 、チェック (エクセル使用) ・必要に応じ、社内会議への出席 ・ Web からのオーダーのチェック、お客様からの問い合わせへの回答 【必要なスキル等】 ・お客様への電話、メールでの対応能力 ・一般的なエクセル、ワード等のスキル(マクロ等を組める必要はありません) ・チームワークよく業務ができる方が望ましいです ・ SAP の経験
