We are looking for an executive assistant to join our team in Tokyo! Job description Context of the position The Executive Assistant is integrated into the Country Manager’s team in Tokyo, Japan. Within a team of about 25 people based in Paris, Tokyo, and Madrid, the candidate will take part actively in the management and development of our Japanese operations and ongoing projects, related to sales and digital marketing. The main objective of this role is to assist the direction and management team of Selectra Japan in reaching its objectives and targets, while maintaining a smooth, efficient and dynamic functioning of the entity. Selectra is in Japan since 2016, and currently operates in various markets in the country; from its pillar energy and telecommunications to more recently insurances, SIM, streaming and home related services. You will thrive in an international environment, in the heart of Tokyo, being part of a very ambitious and motivated team made up of Japanese marketing team members, sales agents, and Australian market team members. You will be working on various projects and missions related to the operations of Selectra in Japan on the energy market, telecommunications, and other business areas. Under the supervision of Selectra Japan Country Manager, and in close collaboration with several Selectra's International team, you will have responsibilities. Outcomes to be accomplished Outcome 1: Improve administrative, operational, and financial management Financial reporting: ”You will support the Country Manager in the creation of recurrent financial reports such as P&L, Cashflow, and Labor costs reports, to report to headquarters.” Objective setting/tracking: “You will ensure, with each team manager, the objectives set with the country manager are being achieved or on the right track (we use OKR objectives management system) by following the regular check-in and providing any support needed. ” Daily operations: ”You will participate in the overviewing of daily operations at the sales call center to ensure smooth processes and you track performances along wirh the call center supervisor.” Outcome 2: Be the point of contact of the different Japanese and European teams Marketing teams: “You will actively relay informations between our Japanese SEO team based in Paris and Tokyo, and the international marketing team in Madrid; enhancing a good communication and collaboration between those different actors.” Communication: “You will be one of the main point of contact for the team outside of Japan market wanting to discuss with Japanese team. ” Outcome 3 : Development of new projects and activities Research/Competition analysis: “With pro-activeness, you will contribute to the establishment of new ideas and development of new projects within the Japanese and Australian teams. ” Proposition: “ You will bring ideas and propose to the country manager to implement changes or start project that you believe would bring value to the Japanese team.” Profile You graduated from one of the best business or engineering schools, or university equivalent and recognize yourself in the following: Desire to live and work in Japan , in a fast-paced environment You already have two years' experience in sales or consulting (including internships and apprenticeship) in companies well-known for their learning capabilities You are recognized for your excellent communication skills, efficiency, organization and your rigor You have an eye for detail and know how to be independent Business mindset: you are result-oriented and you've already demonstrated your leadership You are innovation-oriented and enjoy working on different tasks, responsibilities, and projects with ambition You are willing to learn and understand our business quickly You are adaptable , proactive and always anticipate finding solutions for all kind of possible problems.
