Description 【Position Summary】 This person oversight and/or manage all the financial transactions in Sales Organization, such as Consumer Promotions and rebate, providing the visilibity of Plan and Actuals, while ensuring the compliance in these transactions. In addition, this team also manages the system(BI tool, Payment system) using in sales organization. This person have responsible as counterpart for other functions to operate business process sustainably. 1. Grow sales every year along with our aspirational goal - grow more than 10% for key focus items 2. Accrual and forecast accuracy of the CIW budget (mainly TP/CP) 3. Achieving other KPIs : Audit score, internal compliance issue 4. Keep stable operation and process in Sales Organization as steward 【Role Duty & Responsibilities】 Trade Investments Operations Lead * Monitors and manages day-to-day accrual and payment operations of Trade Promotions, while ensuring the compliance with SOX and policy requirements * Participates in TP budget planning process aligning with the CDD strategy * Cooperates with Finance to ensure financial controls are in place for Trade Promotions operations * Educates Sales Representatives to ensure their compliance with the Trade Promotions processes * Leads the continuous operational improvements with team members to drive efficiency * Participates in all the necessary compliance related discussions and drives necessary changes as required * Ensures all the process documentations such as SOPs, and operation manuals are up-to-date. * Provides periodic reports to ensure the investment is on track. * Coordinates with internal and external stakedholders when process changes are necessary, and follow up with planning and execution of the new processes. * Provides necessary documentations and supports as any internal/external audit is hosted. Trade Investiments Operations * Handles distributor TP payments operations for several distributors, ensuring payment deadlines. * Provides feedbacks to supervisor or equivalent wherever improvements can be made to realize following 1) shortening the operation lead time or touch time, 2) improving internal control for compliance purpose, 3) maximizing the ROI Other Operations * Understand the structure of systems, adapt to business changes, and manage master data for various systems. * Work with the IT team to improve the system as a business leader. * When we face operational issues that impact customers, you will work with other functions to resolve them and lead the sales team. * Ensures plans and actuals of other CDD related investment items suh as Consumer Promotions and SG&A are under control. * Provides necessary guidance to the operator to process each investment items are compliant with both internal policies. 【Related Experience】 1. 2 Years as Finance Accounting Experiences in other FMCG company 2. Project member experience for system replacement or system renewal. PM experience is preferable. 3. Experienced to challenge new things and meet or exceed high expectation even after failure 4. Experience contributing to an organization as a team player beyond own responsibility Expertise/Skill * Deep knowledge of Accounting, P&L, systems. * English Communication Skill : Minimum TOEIC Score 750 (Need to understand English conversation) * PC Skill --- Excel(VLOOKUP/IF/SUMIFS/COUNTIFS), Word, Powerpoint, Tableau (Internal Data Source)
