Project Manager Location: Tokyo, Japan Just Worldwide specialises in pharmaceutical and healthcare market research services. We have offices in New Jersey, London, Warsaw, Berlin, Milan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan and Tokyo. We want to expand our Tokyo office and establish our business as the number one fieldwork company across APAC. The role You will work in the APAC team to deliver high-quality work to our healthcare and pharma clients. Your duties will include r unning several projects simultaneously and independently. You will understand the project cycle from RFP to project delivery and invoicing. You will continue to assist other project team members on multi-market projects and communicate updates to clients, with a specific eye for detail. Outside of project work, you will work on individual and group KPIs per company needs and initiatives.We are looking for individuals who value career growth and development and are passionate about healthcare. Other duties will include: Responsible for all administrative project tasks such as booking resources, creating commissioning documents, and SharePoint management. Creating and coordinating the translation of research materials, such as screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, and stimulus materials and delivering within the specified time frame. Responsible for project close administration ensuring all alignment with sample, consents, audios, and AE reconciliation. Keeps track of project costs and issues the first and final invoice. Attend kick-off calls with clients. Ensures communication with clients is clear and concise. Your qualifications and experience will include: Bachelor’s Degree Experience working in a fieldwork services provider. Experience as a moderator. Excellent client management skills.
