Job Title: Sexual Assault Prevention and Response(SAPR) Training 3D MLG Location: Japan Duties: Technical Requirements (Description of Work / Tasks). The contractor shall provide up to (14) theatrical kinesthetic-based trainings that target sexual harassment and inappropriate workplace behaviors across 3D MLG duty stations in Iwakuni and Okinawa, Japan. Each training session will be 60 minutes in length. The training will consist of a scripted section, improvisational scenes that include bystander intervention using audience participation, and guided discussions with the facilitators to unpack the content. All participants will engage in a respectful manner with this content, refraining from any shaming language or behaviors. The performance facilitators will be trained sexual violence advocates who can support program participants with resources and best practices for the DoD. All session will address the following concepts : a) Effectively train Marines, Sailors, and embedded employees on appropriate conduct in the workplace. b) Learn best practices in maintaining a harassment-free work environment. c) Increase awareness of the impacts of a toxic work culture on workplace productivity retention. d) Cover anti-harassment guidelines and available DoD resources. e) Improve skill and confidence in bystander intervention techniques, which may yield a positive secondary impact of increasing trust between peers and leaders. f) Raise community awareness about the sexual violence continuum of harm.
