【What you will be doing】 企劃並執行產品/功能 GTM 計畫,提升產品能見度與使用率 掌握新產品/功能推出後用戶的反饋與建議,提出優化與優先順序建議 彙整各部門產品相關需求,完整了解使用者的使用情境和痛點 依專案需求執行競品調查、產品滿意度調查、用戶研究,產出產品或市場策略規劃 【Who we are looking for】 相關經驗:三年以上產品 / 行銷經驗,EC 電商系統經驗尤佳 邏輯能力:具備良好的邏輯能力,能快速了解複雜的使用情境及產品架構 行銷文字力:良好的文字能力,能清楚溝通產品服務亮點,獨立撰寫推廣訊息 多方溝通能力:良好的跨部門溝通能力,能獨立思考並靈活談判與溝通 【It'd be plus if you have】 具備電商/實體零售產業, Payment, ERP, B2B SaaS 服務行銷經驗 具專案管理經驗 具備基礎或進階的數據分析能力 【What you will be doing】 Plan and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy of products/features to enhance product visibility and adoption rate. Grasp user feedback and suggestions after the launch of new products/features, and propose recommendations of optimization and prioritization. Consolidate product-related requirements from various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of user scenarios and pain points. Conduct competitors analysis, product satisfaction surveys, and user research for our market strategy. 【Who we are looking for】 More than 3-5 years marketing or product related experience. E-commerce experience in Japan would be a plus. Excellent logical reasoning abilities, capable of quickly understanding complex usage scenarios and product architectures. Strong writing skills to effectively highlight product/service and independently compose promotional messages. Good cross-functional communication skills and the ability to negotiate independently across different departments. N1 level of proficiency in Japanese is a required condition. 【It'd be a plus if you have】 Experience in retail industries and knowledge of Payment, ERP, B2B SaaS service marketing.
