We’re a full-featured platform with services including online store opening, O2O solution, retail POS systems, advertising placement, business strategy consultation, marketing, and more to empower merchants to succeed in omnichannel retailing commerce. 【What you will be doing】 Act as the leadership for the Japan Partnership team and manage the partnership function on a daily basis Be able to leverage past work experience in Partnership/Marketing and apply best practices to maximize commercial outcomes and/or team efficiency Build up and maintain pool of partners (affiliate, resellers, agencies, etc) to drive new business and strengthen market presence Pilot new initiatives that drive new business opportunities and lead project management Communicate regularly, build rapport and collaborate with partners by understanding their business and finding synergies to drive mutual benefits Stay up to date on SHOPLINE products to develop and maintain partner resources to empower partners in driving sales and customer retention Work with external and internal stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, merchant success and finance to ensure success of partnership and partner activities Ensure all partner activities (Meetings, Opportunities and Leads, etc) are well documented and tracked properly (with use of CRM/PRM system) 【Who we are looking for】 Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles as in Partnership, or Marketing, Product/Service Marketing, Sales/Marketing Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing Possess great presentation and listening skills, organization and contact management capabilities Driven individual with strong sense of ownership, is resourceful, independent and a team player Experience in Ecommerce/Business Development / Partnerships / StartUps will be an advantage Strong command in Mandarin & Japanese (both written & verbal), English is a plus Powered by JazzHR
